About
Hi, I’m Charles — a computer scientist and web developer with over a decade of experience spanning academia and industry.
I am a University Instructor at Iloilo Science and Technology University, where I teach Information and Communications Technology (ICT) courses. Beyond the classroom, I lead web architecture and technical strategy, providing direction on development practices and designing scalable, forward-looking web solutions.
I earned my Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Dankook University, where I conducted research on tiered storage and Key-Value Store (KVS) systems at the System Software Laboratory. Today, my work bridges academia and industry, combining research with hands-on experience in full-stack and WordPress development to build reliable, high-performance digital solutions.
